Well as far as the Chick Bowls thinking as to UT and GT let's hear from their Blog.

To have GT wouldn't be much different than UGA. GT and UGA would both bring in a ton of locals buying tickets and then to either have UT or VT who both have a great fan following and the Chick and Atlanta makes a lot of money.

Ticket sales will not be a problem and attracting locals to buy tickets shouldn't be a major concern with loss of hotel and restraunt reveue since all the locals will stay at home and do their normal routine. Why in the world would a team want to sit at home when every other team is traveling and getting a week of special treatment and vacationing before the game. Which brings up another question their bowl money that would be alloted for the travel will it be given to them since there is no travel and isn't merrited, if not so now they are losing what money they are able to get legally and all you have is nearly 100 upset locals since the practice squads that don't travel normally do get the same treatment and even dress for the bowl game.
first GT will handle UGA, second they wouldnt choose a 4 loss Georgia over a 3 loss Tennessee, unless of coarse Tennessee gets picked up by the Outback.
According to what was on the radio this morning UT is the favorite for the Outback.
it all really comes down if the BCS takes both Arkansas and FLorida in BCS games if so UT will go to Tampa if one gets left out its a trip to Atlanta
Sounds logical but a trip to Atlanta isn't very appealing and may cost them some ticket sales to UT fans that are tired of going there and watching UT just go through the motions and lose, of course this year they may decide to come ready to play after last year and not being in a bowl at all. I know myself I have sworn off going to Atlanta to watch them play since having watched them lose 2 SEC championships and 2 Peach bowls.
What about the Cotton for UT they travel well to this game and usually play well there, of course except for the year I went and they looked like a monkey humping a football against Kansas State in an ice storm, first measureable snowfall they had had in the Dallas are in like 20 years and of course it happened when I go there. like i said, if UGA wins they're in the chick-fil-a bowl, period
after last year UT fans will travel anywhere to a bowl game
